We spent 2 days at the resort and vowed to be back. They were busy with extensive maintenance and revamping when we were there and I am sure that it has since improved drastically too, although we had no issues, room was very clean, service was good, Food was good, gardens well kept and pools spotless clean.
Quite a few day visitors, but just go to the pool early mornings and late afternoons. Beach is also nice, thoroughly enjoyed our swim in the sea.
As a previous reviewer said....look at the latest reviews, not the old complaints, which were after the Covid period. Every hotel suffered through that period and things were bound to deteriorate as a result, but effort is being put in to return it to its former glory!!
We are planning to return in September 2024 to enjoy a longer stay!!

Stayed there for 4 days and loved it! My kids absolutely enjoyed the slide and the free bikes. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. My husband and I loved the hot springs especially because we're getting older 😅. I was really impressed by the improvement in staff because I visited this resort a few years ago and the quality of service was no where near how it is today! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Thailand 🥰

A beautiful resort with amazing hot pools, a large swimming pool and a freezing plunge pool. Great for easing the aches and pains old age brings. Our room was right beside the main pool. The room was large and comfortable. The restraunt served a mixture of local food and more wetern style food. We had a week there and totally enjoyed it. Will definatly return.

The Healthiest Hotel Fulfilled my holiday with the Healthiest Hotel. The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa (SHA Extra Plus).
This is very nice relaxing with greenery garden, hot spring pool. We take a hotel bicycle to Sala Thai View. that amazing place and nice relax.

Large area, polite staff.
Very beautiful sea. Hotel for relaxation. There were few residents, and we were allowed to rent out the rooms a couple of hours later.

The service staff is very good.
Attentive and recommended for all facilities. Clean rooms, very good views, complete facilities. It is a family-friendly accommodation with mineral water soaking. Father and mother like it very much. The pool is wide. The children like it very much. The restaurant in the evening has the most beautiful view. It is a very worthwhile vacation.

Great breakfast! Everything was delicious. Perfectly clean white bed sheets and towels. Soft mattress. And pillows. A beautiful bridge to the sea.

The room is large, clean, and quiet.
It has a balcony with 2 chairs, a separated shower room, sink, and toilet. The hot spring bath (2 pools for hot and 1 pool for cool) is unique for hotel in Thailand. Breakfast is not bad.

the pools are wonderful! the private pool in the room was top, as was the hot water pool next to the room at 3am was top.
