The Mineral Hotspring

The natural hot spring source was found on this piece of land about 40 years ago. The water originally sprung out about 3.5 meters above the ground. To control this precious water source, a concrete cap was placed on top of the spring, which reduced its height to 1-1.5 meters at the present day.

Our natural hot spring water has been independently tested and certified that the mineral water from our source contains the substances listed below:

  • Calcium
  • Magnesium Chloride
  • Fluoride
  • Manganese
  • Nitrogen Sulfur
  • Ammonia
  • Iron
All substances are at standard level and yet our mineral water has lower sulfur level than standard which makes our mineral water odorless and more pure than other sources.

Guideline For Bathing and Soaking

1. Prepare yourself

  • Appropriate clothing or swimwear only is allowed. If you have a long hair should tie hair up or put on a swimming cap to cover your hair neatly.
  • Should soak in the natural hot spring water at least 1 hour before and after meal.
  • People with heart disease, pregnant, and a menstruation should not soak in natural hot springs.

2. Wash your body

  • Please take a shower with normal temperature water for about 10-15 minutes to clean the body before soaking in the natural hot springs.

3. Test your body with hot water.

  • Soak hands or feet to test the heat by pouring water on your toes, legs, arms, and head, respectively.
  • Slowly adjusting your body’s temperature to be familiar with the natural hot spring water.

4. Soak half of your body

  • Slowly lower your legs and body into the natural hot spring.
  • For people with heart and lung problems. Should only soak half of the body in hot water, from the level of the feet to the waist.

5. Soak in water at shoulder level.

  • Immerse yourself in the water up to shoulder height and let the body float in the water.



6. Keep quiet, reduce movement.

  • Please refrain from using your voice while soaking in the natural hot springs.
  • should move the body as little as possible because when the water ripples, it will make you feel that the water is hot. But if you stay still, you will feel more comfortable.

7. Soak in hot water until sweat is absorbed.

  • oThe right time to soak in the hot springs, is soaked until it starts to have sweating on the forehead.
  • Which is good for health, the soaking time should not exceed 30 minutes

8. Leave the pond without washing yourself.

  • oAble to get out of the pond without having to wash yourself again by not rinsing, you don’t have to touch cold water again, which can cause discomfort.
  • If you have sensitive skin, please wash yourself by starting to wash from the toes, legs, arms, torso and head respectively.

9. Drink water and rest.

  • Before and after soaking in natural hot springs you should drink lots of water and get lots of rest.
  • Do not drink any alcoholic while soaking in the natural hot springs

10. Soak in hot water 3 times a day.

  • Do not soak in the natural hot springs more than 3 times a day as it may cause you to feel dizzy and possibly faint.
